Victoria

Tucked on the northern continent of Mnemosyne, the small country of Dunrowe sits, a port nation that sits as the only English speaking nation on the planet Kepler.

O'Reilly's Pub

This is the district checkpoint. The Walpole District has little room for clearings or openings. When a monument was brought over from Prieel as a symbol of peace between it and Dunrowe, however, the Victorian government managed to squeeze it in. The Tranquility Monument is located on the roof of O'Reilly's Pub, the oldest pub in Dunrowe, towering over the district, a silver pillar accented with a glistening, metal 'flame.' There are two ways to get to it: through the pub's back staircase, forbidden to the public, or through the narrow outside staircase, where tourists go to take up-close pictures of it. To reach its level means reaching the level of countless rooftops, and you better know how to jump between them.
Other than this, the legal drinking age is 18 in Victoria, and only officers on their last year on the job are allowed to be in here. So forge an ID if you aren't 18.

Auburn Street

The central street of the Walpole District is a narrow, windy road, lined with street vendors and cheap stores. Watch your step for loose cobblestone bricks, and be prepared to climb the steep hill that the road ascends near its midpoint.

Chew Alley

Somewhere in the middle of the Walpole District, a normal alley exists, the longest, most continuous alley in the city. This alley's gained a reputation as a hangout spot for couples; one wall is caked with thousands of chewed gum pieces, making a colorful mural upon the wall. If you go here, there's likely to be people adding to the collection, people kissing along the opposite wall, or simply homeless folk hanging out around a trashcan. You may even find drifters selling old CDs.

Residential Buildings

The Walpole District has a lot of decent places to live, and actual houses as well as apartments, row homes stretching for blocks. However, many living spaces are of deplorable quality, and many of the city's poor live in this district.
