	Blackwater Canal This is the district checkpoint. Away from the street is a canal, a quiet place to get water underground. A treatment facility exists in the middle of this canal's stretch, a small building that processes the water. This is the official checkpoint. Though it is away from the district's bustle, this district is not affected by the curfew! Furthermore, the people here could be harboring weapons, and thus anyone could turn into an enemy.	0	0
	The Black Market Blackhaven's market street is the only street in the district, a small district located under the city. To get to the street, one needs to find one of the many off-the-beaten-path stairwells leading downward. Outsiders stick out like a store thumb, and some illegal stuff is sold in this market: drugs, prostitutes, animals. It is a market dominated by mysterious, masked individuals, followers of the cat deity Gesh.	0	0
	The Chapel of Gesh Followers of Gesh believe him to be a deity that once existed tangibly. They believe he will come again, and until then, they must wear a mask in public at all times, so that the first people to see their face is the deity. Of course, some follow this a little more loosely than others, but you can identify followers by cat masks and hoods. Their chapel is the most open building in the underground Blackhaven District, a long hall with a gold statue to Gesh at the end. Outsiders are welcome, but disliked.	0	0
	The Warehouse This is a building that seems to stretch miles down into the earth, a warehouse of good for the market. People store their stuff here under an ungoverned security; though each room is standard in size, there are dozens of floors, and the lowest ones are extremely hot. They are also extremely dangerous; many criminals will lure victims down here, and mobs do their killings here.	0	0
