| The downtown district. It sits upon the northern shore of Victoria, with various waterside walkways, catwalks, bridges, and pavilions adorning the mostly-rocky beach. Skyscrapers surround the Foxwell Tower, the first radio tower in the continent of Mnemosyne, erected in 2870.

Apartment buildings trimmed with marble and lavish neo-classical houses connect through archways and adorning catwalks. Overlooking the district, on a hill, is the Parliament Building.

This project is a place where the government build hundreds upon hundreds of small, low-income housing units. With a grant of land too tiny to build a sprawl of ghetto, they are stacked to form a massive cube structure, a megaplex of dilapidation and grime. If you don't live here or aren't from here, there is no reason to come. At least, until a checkpoint was established there.
